Required skills and experience

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
Basic math skills for accurately processing transactions, handling cash, and managing sales operations.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification, providing a foundation for retail and sales responsibilities.
1–2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, demonstrating an understanding of sales processes and customer interactions.
Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and restock products in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing quick and effective resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
