Sales Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Travel Executive/Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their travel plans, provide expert advice, and create memorable travel experiences. You will be responsible for making travel arrangements, advising clients on destinations, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat related to travel bookings and packages.
• Provide recommendations and information about destinations, flights, accommodation, and activities.
• Plan and book trips for clients, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
• Assist customers with visa processing, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
• Create customized itineraries based on customer preferences and requirements.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure the best deals and services for clients.
• Follow up with clients after bookings to ensure everything goes as planned.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and accommodation options.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using travel booking platforms.
• Prior experience in travel sales or customer service is a plus.
• A passion for travel and helping customers plan their dream vacations.
