As a Sales Support Executive at our company, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - **BOQ (Bill of Quantity) Preparation:** - Prepare accurate Bills of Quantity (BOQ), quotations, and commercial proposals based on sales team input and client specifications. - Verify product codes, pricing, and technical details for correctness before submission. - **Sales Documentation & Administration:** - Manage the sales documentation lifecycle, including creating, tracking, and filing proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and client correspondence. - Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer data, activity logs, and sales pipeline status. - **Back-Office Support:** - Act as a central point of contact for the sales team, coordinating with internal departments to resolve order, inventory, or delivery issues. - Assist in scheduling client meetings, preparing presentation materials, and organizing sales reports. - **Reporting and Analysis:** - Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics as required by Sales Management. - Monitor conversion rates of submitted quotations and identify bottlenecks. In order to excel in this role, you should possess: - 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or equivalent back-office role. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for BOQ and data manipulation; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent attention to detail in managing complex documentation, data entry, and BOQ preparation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with sales staff and cross-functional teams. - Exceptional organizational skills, time management abilities, and capacity to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
