Sales Assistant

You will be working as a Sales Assistant at our jewellery store in Chandigarh. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Showcasing and explaining various jewellery products like gold, diamonds, and other precious items - Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable pieces - Handling billing, packaging, and basic inventory tasks - Maintaining the visual appeal of display counters and the store area - Supporting senior sales associates in their daily tasks - Ensuring the proper security of jewellery items during handling - Learning and updating product knowledge regularly - Following store procedures and safety protocols Qualifications required for this role: - 10th or +2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent education - Prior retail experience, especially in jewellery, fashion, or luxury products, is a plus - Basic knowledge of jewellery types and materials preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-friendly attitude with attention to detail - Presentable and well-groomed - Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi (preferred), and basic English If you are interested in applying, please email us at info@talwarsons.com or contact us at 0172 270 0900 // 0172 270 0901.
