Visit us: https://www.rubick.ai/ Job Title : Sales Assistant Manager Department : Sales Location : Bangalore (WFO) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Assistant Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ecommerce SaaS sales. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving product marketing initiatives, and ensuring customer success. This is a critical role, requiring a deep understanding of the operational challenges faced by large marketplaces and brands. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture key accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients in the ecommerce and SaaS space. Drive product marketing efforts to align with customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide feedback on features and functionalities to improve customer experience. Work closely with large brands and marketplaces, understanding their operational pain points and providing solutions through our SaaS offerings. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. Ensure customer success by acting as a bridge between the customer and internal teams. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value of our solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company s revenue growth. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically within the ecommerce space. Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving customer success. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Adobe Commerce, or similar. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and address the operational challenges of large-scale marketplaces or brands. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Adobe Commerce. Prior experience in product marketing and a solid understanding of the ecommerce SaaS ecosystem. Strong network within the ecommerce industry.
