We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for Operations, to lead our operations team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence across our e-commerce services. The ideal candidate will be a P&L owner responsible for managing and growing revenue from existing clients, onboarding new clients, and optimizing team productivity and utilization. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients seamlessly. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Operational Management: Oversee the operations team, catalogers and quality control personnel. Plan manpower requirements based on sales projections and ensure optimal team size. Monitor and improve productivity and utilization rates of the team. Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution. Financial Management: Own the P&L for the operations department, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. Manage costs effectively to maintain healthy margins. Track and report on key financial and operational metrics. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies for operational growth and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into operations. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Revenue Growth: Increase revenue from existing clients. Successfully onboard new clients and generate additional revenue. Margins: Maintain or improve profit margins by managing operational costs. Optimize team productivity and utilization metrics. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior operations role within the technology or e-commerce industry. Strong P&L management experience. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
