Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and store policies.

Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.

Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the store’s products and promotions.

Stay updated on new product arrivals and features.

Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and organized.

Assist in receiving, labeling, and arranging new stock.

Perform stock checks and report inventory levels.

Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including product displays and fitting rooms.

Ensure the store environment is welcoming and visually appealing.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Work to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

Track sales performance and report on results.

Work closely with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store goals.

Assist in training new staff as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
