RETAIL ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Experience: Minimum 2 TO 3 Years in Retail Store Management

Qualification: Any Degree / Intermediate.

Roles and Responsibilities

A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store.
Motivating and training team.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service-oriented.
Strong leadership.

Job Description

Manager has to lead &achieve prescribed sales targets and further sales improvement.
Smooth showroom operations on day to day basis.
Maintain floor discipline and administration.
Maintain proper inventory records and execute self-audit.
Ensure proper grooming as per standards of the organization. Follow organisation SOP.
Responsible to maintain hygiene standards in the showroom.
Updating staff with present scheme & promotions.
Keep a tap on market competition.
Coordinate with reporting manager for business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
