Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the office furniture market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers (corporate clients, architects, interior designers, dealers). Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture products. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and quotations. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain strong after-sales relationships and handle customer queries. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients. Collaborate with the production and delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors, or B2B sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Own vehicle (preferred at least a Bike is mandatory). Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
