Sales Assistant cum HR Intern- Female

Work Location: West Tambaram

Work Timing: 10 Am - 7 Pm

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Experience: Freshers

Duration: 6 Month

CTC: 5K Per Month

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students or candidates, provide information about courses or job opportunities, and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound calls and walk-in inquiries, offering accurate and timely assistance.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes and help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, enquiry logs, call records, and attendance sheets.
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk and manage front office tasks professionally.
• Help organize internal meetings, interviews, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain and organize office files (both digital and physical), supplies, and inventory.
• Provide general administrative and HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
