Job Title: Sales Assistant   Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at Classic Export Surplus and Discount Sale. The Sales Representatives will be responsible for seeking orders from retailers based on their specific requirements, ensuring that our products meet their needs and expectations. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, building and maintaining relationships with retail clients while promoting our extensive range of products.   Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Relationship Management:   - Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and buying patterns.   - Regularly visit retailers to present our product offerings, discuss promotional opportunities, and address any concerns or queries.   - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and ensuring exceptional customer service.   2. Order Acquisition and Processing:   - Identify potential retail clients and proactively reach out to them to solicit orders for our products.   - Present product catalogs, samples, and pricing information to retailers, highlighting key features and benefits.   - Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to secure orders and maximize profitability.   - Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.   3. Product Knowledge and Promotion:   - Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including specifications, pricing, and availability.   - Educate retailers on the features and benefits of our products, addressing any technical or functional questions they may have.   - Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and events to showcase our products and generate interest among potential clients.   4. Market Analysis and Feedback:   - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.   - Gather insights from retailers regarding product preferences, market demand, and pricing expectations, and communicate them to the management team.   - Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback.
