Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The role includes helping customers, maintaining the store, and supporting daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in finding products
Provide product information and basic style guidance
Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and stock arrangement
Support billing and cash-handling as required
Track inventory movements and report shortages
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Ensure a good shopping experience for all customers
Follow company policies and store procedures

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior retail experience is an advantage (not mandatory)

Salary: 12000-15000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹33,202.32 per month
