Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Support position located in Gurugram. The Sales and Support representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales tasks. Additional responsibilities include training new team members and contributing to sales strategies.
