Sales and Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a driven and hands-on Sales & Service Executive to support our growing operations in Aurangabad . The role focuses on assisting sales, product application, equipment installation, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the region. Key Responsibilities Assist the West India Sales Manager in sales and business development activities. Conduct trials and product applications at customer sites to generate trial and regular orders. Install and set up spray systems and equipment at customer locations. Train customer personnel on the correct usage of lubricants and equipment. Follow up on order deliveries and outstanding payments. Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. Address customer complaints, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose solutions. Submit detailed visit feedback, test reports, and sales activity updates. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science. 4–5 years of experience in a relevant role (Forging & Die Casting industry preferred). Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use measuring tools and basic technical equipment. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams. Fluent in written and spoken English. Male candidates preferred (as per job specification).
