Role & responsibilities Role: Sales & Service Engineer Location: Chandigarh Responsibilities: Experience in Service salesperson with a minimum Industrial sales experience handling Vendor & direct sales. Experience in Should have experience in handling service complaints of HVAC-related equipment. Experience in Focus on AMC, and spare business. Experience in Driving replacement business for Cooling Units / Related products Experience in Meeting the budgeted Target for Service Sales business Experience in Should be capable of handling customer complaints & resolving them within the stipulated time period. Experience in Strong relationship with end users across the region/Verticals Experience in Align with the Regional sales team & establish Proof of Concept for Energy saving with Cooling Solutions at identified End Users. Experience in Meeting Service sales budget Experience in On-time Payment collection Experience in Identify & Approach End customers for Service, AMC & replacement business Experience in Team Management & Mentoring Experience in AMC Retention & Ensuring Services as per agreed SLA
