Job Description

The job involves identifying potential clients and maintaining good relationships with officials and representatives of Tour operators and Travel agents. You will be required to develop sales strategies, create action plans, and attend meetings and travel shows to maximize sales success. Managing reservations and booking requests from customers is a key responsibility, along with providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations. You will handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms, confirm reservations, and send confirmation details to customers. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information is essential. This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, food provided, and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience.
