Sales and Reservation Assistant

You will be responsible for handling incoming reservation inquiries through calls, emails, OTAs, and B2B partners. Your main tasks will include responding promptly and professionally to guest and travel agent queries, ensuring accurate entry of all reservations in the system, and following up on pending inquiries to maximize room sales. Additionally, you will assist the Sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and rate sheets. Maintaining updated records of room availability, rates, packages, and special offers will be crucial in this role. You will need to coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Daily reporting on reservations, occupancy, and cancellations will also be part of your responsibilities. An essential aspect of the job will involve upselling hotel services, packages, and upgrades when applicable. Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and B2B partners will be key to success in this position. This is a full-time position with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. The work schedule will involve day and morning shifts, and the work location will be in person.
