Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:

    Actively seek out new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and individual homeowners.
  • Product Expertise:

    Develop a comprehensive understanding of Railingo's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Needs Assessment:

    Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose tailored architectural solutions.
  • Presentations & Demos:

    Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
  • Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2 to 7 years

    of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, architectural products, real estate, or a high-value B2B/B2C segment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
