Sales Executive - Railingo (Architectural Products) Email: hr@railingo.com Mobile: +91-9258123107 Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram & Meerut Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of Railingo's premium architectural products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territory. This role is crucial for our expansion, requiring a proactive approach to market penetration and a deep understanding of customer needs in diverse urban landscapes. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and social media. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and individual homeowners. Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Railingo's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose tailored architectural solutions. Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 2 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, architectural products, real estate, or a high-value B2B/B2C segment. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Fluency in English and Hindi . Preferred Skills: Experience with long sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of local market dynamics in Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 cities.
