Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Executive for our college in Mysore. The ideal candidate will drive enrollment targets, manage the end-to-end admissions process, and ensure smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive student enrollment through effective lead generation and follow-ups.
• Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings and admission processes.
• Coordinate admission procedures, including documentation, fee collection, and onboarding.
• Track leads and conversions using CRM tools and maintain regular reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations.
• Represent the college at education fairs, college visits, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business/Marketing).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/admissions (education sector preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for education.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
