Sales and Markrting Executive

Qualifications and Experience:A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing) is preferred.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in sectors such as renewable energy, solar solutions, infrastructure, or B2B services.Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence across assigned territories.Prior experience working with channel partners, distributors, corporate clients, government bodies, or institutional customers is highly desirable.Strong experience in field sales, lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals, with the ability to conduct product presentations and site visits.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .

Specific Knowledge, Skill Required  Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.  Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.  Result-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities.  Willingness to travel frequently as per program requirements.  Strong documentation and reporting skills.  Excellent facilitation, coordination, communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities to effectively engage with external stakeholders, including families, PRI members, FLWs, and various government departments.  Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi (oral and written).  Experience in data management, analysis, and interpretation for informed decision-making.  Budgeting and financial management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting expenditures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
