Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, located in Kolhapur. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating new sales leads, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Daily tasks include interacting with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, training sales team members, and managing sales operations to achieve sales targets.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
