Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales experience and ability to develop effective sales strategies
Sales Management skills
Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in the print services industry is a plus
