Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist based out of kolkata with relocation as per requirement of business. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing sales operations, and delivering training to the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, conducting market research, and collaborating with different departments to achieve sales targets.

• Ability to provide Training and support to the sales team
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
