Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Startly Innovations Private Limited. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing training to retail partners, and overseeing sales operations. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to drive sustainable solutions and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to identify and cultivate potential opportunities.
• Expertise in Training and Sales Management, with the ability to guide and oversee retail partners and sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing purposes is a plus.
• Previous experience in the sustainability, packaging, or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
