Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jammu for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, improving customer service experiences, and managing marketing campaigns to promote services efficiently. Other responsibilities include assisting in the training of staff to ensure excellent customer service and contributing to sales management efforts within the team. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Experience in customer service and a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding service Proven expertise in sales, including experience in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth Skills in training team members and managing sales operations effectively Strategic thinking and familiarity with marketing practices and campaigns Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail or food service environment Previous experience in a sales or marketing role, particularly in the hospitality or food service industry, is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
