Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for initiating and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales, managing sales processes, and delivering training sessions. Daily tasks include identifying market opportunities, developing marketing strategies, executing sales plans, providing customer support, and training new sales staff. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage and oversee sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to conduct training sessions and manage training processes
• Proficiency in executing sales plans and identifying market opportunities
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar
• Relevant experience in the HVAC industry is beneficial
