Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Kozhikode. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing sales training, and overseeing sales management. The role involves driving sales targets, conducting market research, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for sales teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
