The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, and conducting training sessions for staff. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct and manage Training sessions Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Kolkata Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
