Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Ingenium Neuroscience, your primary responsibility will be to engage in communication with customers, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, conduct training sessions, and oversee sales management activities. This full-time on-site role is based in Dehradun and offers you the opportunity to contribute to a scientific initiative that aims to unlock children's full potential by identifying their Genius Zone through Bioneurological correlations. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary information about our products and services. - Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients and maintain long-lasting relationships. - Drive sales by identifying potential leads, converting them into customers, and meeting sales targets. - Conduct training sessions to educate customers on our products, services, and how they can benefit from them. - Manage sales activities, including tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve sales outcomes. Qualification Required: - Possess strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries. - Demonstrate proficiency in sales techniques and sales management to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. - Exhibit training skills to educate customers and empower them to make informed decisions about our offerings. - Previous experience in the neuroscience or healthcare industry would be advantageous. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field to support your knowledge and expertise in the sales and marketing domain.
