Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Studio Escens, located in Gurugram with some work from home acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, training the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service and sales management. The role involves direct communication with clients, organizing sales activities, and contributing to overall marketing initiatives. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Training Proficiency in Sales Management Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setting Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the interior design industry is a plus Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Show more Show less
