Job Description

Create a sales plan and strategy
Set sales goals
Hire and train sales team members
Determine the profitability of various products and services
Manage sales team performance and motivate them to meet sales targets
Respond to customer questions about the organisation's products and services
Maintain communication with other departments in the organisation to integrate operations with efficiency
Determine price schedules and set discount rate
Prepare sales budget and approve expenditures for the sales department
Develop and maintain and manage customer relationships with key customers
Create a marketing plan and strategies
Hire and train marketing team members
Collaborate with third-party marketing experts, such as digital marketers and SEO writers, to create marketing content
Create a launch plan for new products
Identify potential markets and create plans to market the products and services in these markets
Partner with sales and product development teams to evaluate and fulfil product demand
Brainstorm advertising ideas
Evaluate current marketing campaigns to find areas of improvement
Create a budget and monitor the expenditure of marketing associates
Analyse the effectiveness of promotions using key performance indicators such as conversion rates
