Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to track leads and enquiries from multiple channels (PPC, website, email campaigns).
• Develop and maintain effective processes to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
• Draft compelling proposals, presentations, and client communications with excellent written English.
• Execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and other platforms to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the team during daily scrums (15 minutes) while operating independently to drive initiatives forward.
• Support and contribute to sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and edit promotional videos, client case studies, and short-form content to support digital campaigns and enhance brand presence.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing (preferably in digital services).
• Strong knowledge of web design processes and an understanding of their marketing benefits.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English writing skills, particularly in proposal writing and client communication.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), with the ability to set up tracking processes.
• Experience in LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) with a creative eye for marketing content.
• Availability during UK working hours for a significant portion of the day.
