Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with mandatory experience in the sanitary or building material industry to handle sales and distribution across Chhattisgarh. The role involves dealer network expansion, business development, and achieving sales targets for sanitary and plumbing products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and builders across Chhattisgarh.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and product presentations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiate deals, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, billing, and dispatch.

Marketing & Promotion

• Execute promotional and branding activities to boost visibility.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
• Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for business improvement.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitaryware, plumbing fittings, or building material sales (mandatory).
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and field-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the sanitary/building material industry (mandatory).
• Must own a two-wheeler and be open to travel across Chhattisgarh.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
• TA/DA + Incentives based on performance
