Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative (Sponsorship + Ad Space) located in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and securing sponsorship deals, selling ad spaces, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The representative will also be responsible for creating and delivering presentations to potential clients, as well as providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the media industry is a plus

Salary: 22,00 + Commission up to 2,00,000.
