Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at our Kochi location. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, and generating new business opportunities. The role involves conducting training sessions, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
• Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Experience in the manufacturing or hand tools industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
