Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

Location: Motia Plaza, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Pharma background will be an added advantage)

Experience: 2–5 years preferred (Fresh MBAs with strong skills may also be considered)

Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base.
• Promote company products and services, with a focus on pharma/healthcare industry clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of pharma industry sales & marketing trends (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
• Result-driven with ability to meet targets under deadlines.
