Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role is based in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, interacting with potential and existing clients, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating marketing efforts. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, training new sales team members, and meeting sales targets.

• Proven Sales experience
• Ability to develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategies
• Experience in Training new sales team members
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
