Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ground Floor, L. Nagpal Builders, 14th Road, Khar West, Mumbai
About Us:
L. Nagpal Builders is a reputed real estate and construction company known for delivering premium projects with quality and trust. We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at our Khar West office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle all incoming calls, transfer them to the concerned departments/persons, and take accurate messages when required.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and necessary arrangements.
Assist in filing, maintaining office records, and managing day-to-day documentation.
Perform basic data entry and maintain updated contact lists.
Manage courier services and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
Provide general administrative support to the office team.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: As per industry standards, commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
