Job Title:- Business Development manager(Female) Work Type:- Work from office Job Location:- Noida sector 2 Monthly Salary:- 50,000-60,000 per month depending upon skills Minimum Education:- Graduate/PG Experience Required:- Minimum 3 year + Experience in Ad agency What You'll Do: Source and onboard new clients across industries Build strong relationships and ensure smooth client handling & communication Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal creative teams Pitch agency services confidently – from branding to social media and campaigns Drive business growth through strategic outreach and follow-ups Who We're Looking For: Candidates with experience in ad agencies, creative agencies, or social media agencies. Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills Proven track record in client acquisition or business development Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling decision-makers.
