Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organised FEMALE Sales and Marketing Manager to join the growing team at Rekha’s Bridal Studio – MP’s leading makeup studio and academy. This individual will play a key role in driving conversions, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across our courses and bridal bookings. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Inquiry Handling: Handle all incoming inquiries related to makeup courses and bridal bookings through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. Follow up diligently to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions/bookings. Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media support. Maintain inquiry database and reports to track leads and performance. Academy & Project Coordination: Ensure smooth classroom management during courses, help in maintaining schedules, handling student queries, and feedback collection. Assist in bridal project execution, including coordination with artists, timelines, and client requirements. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and regular communication. Act as the bridge between the client and the internal team. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Pleasant personality, confident speaker, and team player Preferred Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or academy management (preferably in the beauty, fashion, or education industry) Other Details: Job Timings - 12PM-6PM (Flexible hours) Monday - Saturday Working Days Location - Sapna Sangeeta, Indore, MP Salary Offered - 15,000 per month + Incentives
