Sales and Marketing Internship

We're Hiring: Sales Operations Trainee
Location: Chennai
Graduates from 2022 onwards only

A dynamic consulting firm delivering excellence to top multinational clients, is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our growing Sales Operations team!

What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Operations Trainee, you will:

• Support sales operations and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth business execution
• Contribute to process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency
• Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and project teams
• Assist in managing business assets and inventory (like laptops, tools, etc.)
• Help with facility/workspace management and issue resolution
• Participate in onboarding new team members — from ID creation to orientation support
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with internal policies
• Help address operational challenges and support implementation of solutions
• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (graduated in 2022 or later)
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales or General Operations
• Strong communication, teamwork & organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
• Willingness to relocate to Chennai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
