Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, lead generation, and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, digital marketing, and sales communication. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how marketing drives growth in the travel industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in designing and implementing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Assist in promoting travel packages across different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc).
  • Research and identify potential leads, partners, and influencers in the travel domain.
  • Actively seek out and engage new sales opportunities, targeting individual travelers, and corporate clients.
  • Communicate with prospective clients and help convert leads into inquiries and bookings.
  • Call prospective clients and leads to share travel packages, answer queries, and convert them into bookings.
  • Managing and nurturing leads through the sales funnel, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Showcase comprehensive knowledge of our travel packages, destinations, and services to offer personalized recommendations to clients.
  • Consistently aim to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving outstanding performance. Accountable for driving revenue for the company, with a strong commitment to achieving targets.
  • Prepare marketing content, sales materials, and promotional newsletters.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
  • Collaborate with the content and operations teams for coordinated marketing efforts.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Deliver exceptional support throughout the entire sales process, including both pre-trip and post-trip assistance.
  • Ensure precise maintenance of sales records, contracts, and customer details.


Qualifications:

  • Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Passion for travel and eagerness to learn about the travel industry.
