Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The role involves daily tasks such as handling customer service inquiries, managing sales and training programs, and overseeing sales management duties. The candidate will interact with clients, train personnel, and manage sales-related activities to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company sales targets. Handling social media presence and suggesting for improvement and new plan of actions for the same.
