Aurora Clothing is a growing fashion startup bringing comfort and style together with our unique range of cotton and comfortable women’s wear at affordable prices. We’re looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team and help us grow our presence in both online and offline markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, boutiques, and customers.
• Promote the brand through social media, local marketing, and fashion events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.
• Coordinate with the design and production team for product launches.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent after-sales service.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Track performance, sales data, and prepare marketing reports.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (fashion/apparel industry preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and local promotions.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
