Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Executives / Trainees to identify business opportunities, acquire new clients, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and eager to build a rewarding career in sales and marketing. Freshers with a strong learning mindset are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry connections.
• Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Finalize sales deals and meet assigned business targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and marketing campaigns to promote company offerings.
• Schedule and attend discovery calls, follow up with clients, collect feedback, and ensure long-term business relationships.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Plus Two qualification required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in sales or marketing (IT industry experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of IT products and services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Freshers with strong aptitude and enthusiasm for sales are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
