Sales and Marketing Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing Experience: 1–5 years (preferably in interiors, architecture, or construction industry) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s interior design and turnkey fit-out services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes in the design and construction sector. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through digital, telephonic, and field marketing activities. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, corporates, and individual clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements. Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Create and execute marketing campaigns (social media, email, and events). Track and analyze marketing performance and lead conversion. Maintain CRM database and prepare weekly sales reports. Represent the brand at industry exhibitions and networking events.
