Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Preferred) Industry: Interior Design / Real Estate / Construction / Architecture Location: Vadodara Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month About the Company: We are a leading interior design firm in Vadodara, working with premium clients in the real estate and construction space. Our projects span residential, commercial, and architectural interiors, and we pride ourselves on delivering elegant, functional designs that inspire. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Preferred) to drive client acquisition, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance brand visibility in Vadodara’s growing interior design market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate, construction, and architecture sectors Build strong business relationships with developers, architects, and property consultants Generate leads through field visits, social media, and networking events Handle client inquiries, schedule meetings, and coordinate site visits Create and implement local marketing strategies and campaigns Promote services across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) Maintain a database of contacts, leads, and follow-ups Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior or real estate sector Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Should have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday Office + Field work (Client meetings/site visits as required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Vasna Road, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
