Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to handle and convert both domestic and international enquiries. The candidate will manage leads generated through platforms like IndiaMART, company emails, and social media, while also supporting the company’s online presence and day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Client Interaction

· Handle all enquiries from IndiaMART, email, and other platforms; confirm size, quantity, and seriousness of enquiry.

· Communicate professionally with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

· Follow up promptly on quotations and proposals to maximize order conversion.

2. Lead Generation & Database Management

· Maintain and organize data from new and old enquiries, internet research, and client databases.

· Send introductory and promotional emails to generate new leads.

· Update CRM or internal lead tracking systems regularly.

3. Digital Platform Management

· Manage and update the company’s IndiaMART profile daily – including uploading products with detailed specifications, images, and videos.

· Use the IndiaMART Lead Manager to improve enquiry quality.

· Purchase verified leads from IndiaMART and other platforms when required.

4. Social Media & Branding

· Manage the company’s Instagram account and create engaging posts (product highlights, greetings, etc.).

· Design basic creatives for social media and email marketing using online design tools.

5. Technical & Administrative Skills

· Fluent in English and Hindi (written & verbal).

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), emailing, internet research, and basic graphic designing.

· Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a small, fast-paced team.

6. Back-End Support (As Required)

· Prepare quotations, invoices, and perform other backend duties like billing in Tally if team members are unavailable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).

· Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

· Familiarity with IndiaMART and social media platforms is essential.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is an added plus.

Job Details

Salary: As per experience and industry standards
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
