Sales and Marketing Executive

About Us:

We’re expanding across Madhya Pradesh and are looking for passionate, smart, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach schools, institutions, and educational groups to promote our School ERP solutions
• Conduct client school Principal/Director meetings, software presentations, and demos to showcase product benefits
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with school administrators and decision-makers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline campaigns in assigned regions
• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and update CRM entries, sales pipelines, and reporting dashboards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (preferred: EdTech or SaaS for schools)
• Must be a graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or IT preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English
• Energetic, confident, and good at building rapport with clients
• Should be comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel across MP
• Must commit to working with the company for at least 1 year
• Basic understanding of School ERP or IT-based educational tools is a plus
